Therapy for Self-Discovery and Healthy Relationships

Ashley Moon believes in the power of self-discovery and liberation as we align our actions with our inner wisdom. She gently encourages progress, not perfection, along with curiosity, courage, and compassion.  She has experience working with trauma, addiction, recovery, codependency, anxiety, and depression. With an extensive background in decluttering and hoarding, she empowers her clients to create time and space for what truly matters most.

Ashley works with individuals, couples, teens, and families. She especially enjoys working with creatives, highly sensitive clients, and adult children of alcoholics or dysfunctional families who want to break cycles and overcome complex childhood trauma. Some may be navigating no-to-low contact with family members, or need support establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries, coping skills, and meaningful change.

Ashley offers relational, trauma-informed, inclusive, and gender affirming care for many backgrounds and identities. She blends talk therapy with somatic and creative practices, offering a holistic, collaborative, and dynamic approach that nurtures authentic growth and empowering evolution. She believes you are the expert of yourself and she is honored to co-facilitate your healing process and journey. Change is possible. Let’s co-create new pathways.

You don’t have to suffer or figure this out all alone. Meeting with a professional who cares can help.

Maybe you developed coping or survival skills that stopped working, and now get in the way of truly living.

Maybe it’s time to let some of these go, get more free, ease anxiety, and build more self-esteem or clarity.

The relationship you have with yourself matters, and impacts your relationships with others. Let’s heal.

Sometimes life is too much to handle on our own and we need support. That’s what therapists are here for!

Ashley Moon believes you are the expert of yourself and she is here to help facilitate growth and positive change, inside and out.
