Therapy for artists and activists.
Personal and collective liberation; self-discovery, intergenerational trauma healing, and values-based alignment.
I work with individuals who feel ready to explore their inner landscape, external spaces, relationships, and ways of showing up in the world. Often they are struggling with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, dysfunctional family dynamics, systemic oppression, and coping strategies- curious about ways to cope, heal, balance, and navigate life.
As a queer, neurodivergent, sober artist and activist, passionate about community and the collective, I tend to connect dots and see things along spectrums of possibility.
With a professional background in decluttering as well as community organizing, I intuitively and strategically blend approaches through a holistic, anti-oppressive lens.
I embrace a veryYes And outlook because it’s important to acknowledge and validate real pain, and family or systemic failures, while also looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and realign. We can consciously spiral into expansion and joyful revolution, rather than running in circles- ultimately waking up to more purpose, possibility, and connection.
Welcome.

Self-discovery leads to healing, empowerment, and transformation.
You have a voice and it matters.
You may have many voices within you, versions of yourself developed throughout time.
Sometimes we suppress them, or assimilate, in order to survive. Whether a hurt, scared child, or an inner rebellious teen, we can explore and embrace them with unconditional love and acceptance.
To journey inward and realign outward takes courage. And you don’t have to do it alone.
If we’re a good fit to work together, I’d be honored to walk alongside you, attuning to your needs, gently supporting you through life and anything you’re ready to be present with.
